July 27 is Walk on Stilts Day!

Our man Bolles never fails to deliver. Throw him a challenging, obscure or simply ridiculous holiday to celebrate and he bats back a home run. This issue of Spicy was published in 1935 but looks like she could have been painted yesterday. 

Every now and then I hear from a follower asking about the Bolles book. The proposal is currently in review by a major publisher and my fingers are crossed.  In the meantime I've located two "new" original paintings that will be a part of the book.  So things are still happening and I'm hoping there will be exciting news soon!
